Noted that there are many sinkies who like to eat mala xiang guo, but there are also some who will stay away from it totally. It is not one of my favourite food i.e. I will not eat or buy if I am eating alone, but if colleagues or friends want to eat it, I don't mind either. :coffee:

Looks good. I would love to try it.

Good morning from Calgary. This morning it is rainy and dull.

Mala xiangguo best eaten at restaurants or established stalls. Roadside stalls may have special ingredients.:biggrin:

Anyway I will post photos every morning. Hope you enjoy the scenery at the very least.

Cheers!

PS. looking forward to see if there has been any real change in sg this Friday!

The prata will not be crispy if dabao home. Better to eat there.

Some prata is soft not crispy anyway. But I agree with you. Prata best eaten right after made.
