“Our boutique at Jewel was designed with the customer experience in mind, to create surprises at every corner of our store. Our bar counter at the front of the boutique creates a warm and inviting retreat for our customers and yet intriguing for some as they wonder if we are a bar, or a fashion retailer. As they start their discovery into the boutique, many will feel like they have walked into their own walk-in wardrobe at home, or one that that they aspire to have. Our fitting rooms are designed to spark curiosity and discovery amongst our customers. What customers see at the end of the walk-in wardrobe is a wall of chillers filled with bottles and products, but these will then open up into fitting rooms. This element of surprise has brought smiles and wonder to many of our customers!”
One of The Shirt Bar’s most recent launches at Jewel is its first Capsule Collection: Our Singapore Story. Drawing inspiration from Peranakan motifs as well as flora and fauna designs from Singapore’s first UNESCO World Heritage sites – Botanic Gardens, the launch is meant to celebrate Singapore’s local culture and heritage.
