Quite a good deal for fine dinning Chinese restaurant, Jade @ Fullerton Hotel offers 28 dishes dimsum weekend lunch deal inclusive of a soup of your choice thrown in for $28 p/p.

i know that you are not boasting and $28 per person (may be ++) is not uncommon for
a meal in good restaurants.

but, to many many of us, especially those less fortunate, $28 can be a week's expenses on food!!!!!!!!!!

Jade is probably at the top end of chinese fine dinning in Singapore, really classy place and the food has its own unique fusion touch...Pine Court on the other hand is a good nice traditional good class chinese restaurant with a great view on the 35th floor...both deals are value for money...depends on the type of product you are looking for

If you want to talk fine-dine, don't do buffet, even at a fine dining restaurant.
