It is true that a healthy lifestyle with a balanced diet, exercise, abstinence from tobacco and moderate intake of alcohol helps to lengthen one's life.
If that's all was needed, most people around the world would live into their 80s.
Instead, WHO has certified that sinkies have unusually long and healthy lives. It's all thanks to PAP. That's what we have that the rest of the world doesn't have.
