Actually we do. The death toll in other conflict zones like Yemen and Darfur run into the hundreds of thousands and still counting.
I don't see pro fakestinians complaining about those.

Hamas already said several times they plan to renew the conflict and repeat 7 Oct atrocities if they are given a ceasefire. So it doesn't make sense to give them one, not unless you're a hamas supporter.
