Why can't Israel sanctions or kpkb or sue or declare war on the UN ? This amounts to UN declaring War on Israel n supporting a terrorist organisation which in turn makes the UN liable by giving aid n comfort to the enemy

In fact, for most of the time, the reverse is true. Israel unilaterally bombed it's neighbours and assassinate anyone they like.
They do this as cost of war is not borne by Israel but eventually paid for by the US.
For Other countries, they need to see if they can afford war first before proceeding.
Now it's been disclosed, Iraq invasion and subsequent execution of Saddam has nothing to do with Osama ben Laden, weapons of mass destruction or oil and gas but due to Israel insistence.

Israel isn't self sufficient in many materials, including war munitions. So still need to give others a lot of face.
