is this place infested by MOLES?

I can't help notice there are many infractions. even as newbie, i got many from such MOLES. who are these people? don't seem to see them posting but surely enough they are abusing the infraction.

are these what they are themselves as MOLES?

what do they represent and which political party they are most likely from? someone told me it's most probably the moles are trained IT experts who maligner on their working time or most probably unemployed mentallly disturbed clowns from the SDP.
