NS was designed to slow down the number of job seekers during the early days. but they forget that as soon as the men ORD after 2yrs slavery, the cycle continues, and the number of job seekers flooding the mkt was going to be the same.
so later they introduce reservist, to take men out of the work force for 1-2wks annually, that short period of absense is nothing but causing more inconvenience for our men. by right, national duty make it seem noble, and employers r expected to recognise & give support to our men.
but now, credit crunch time, more perks to hire FTs than sporn men.
