I've been feeling really tried over the last couple of days after my op. I asked the surgeon about it and he said its normal to have fatigue months after a op like this? Any bro here has any recommendation as to increase or adjust my energy back to normal?

Increase your physical activity as your body allow it little by little day by day, don't always stay in bed

Its natural, Your body will naturally make you sleep more to repair itself, Since sleeping is the only time that your body repairs itself and then of cos the medicines you consume adds to tiredness.

sheng yu essence or better sheng yu with beiqi etc if you know the recipe and the way to cook it, is a must for post surgery for Chinese it helps recovery faster

I'd take it you went for at least a double vessel bypass?

Your body need to rejuvenate. the fatigue is related somewhat as most of your energy is now focussed on the repair of the body as well as sume sustenance.

Take lots of fluids now, and do light exercises, breathing exercises helps too as it aids the lymphatic circulation.

Take care buddy

lianbeng says, "sorry to say this but ur body is like a car. when the surgeon cuts open ur body and starts removing things from inside, it's like a car mechanic removing some spare parts from inside the car. got my point?":D

If you stay in bed. Do it slowly, little by little, don't go all the way.

And cut down on non essential.

Recommend you take lots & lots of supplements to help the body to heal. My regret is back when I had my major surgeries(s) I was ignorant about supplements.

If you're above 30, the recovery process will be slow. I'm not sure if you can find Chinese medicine shop in Australia.

Get 田七 capsules from Chinese medicine shop. The purpose is to replenish your lost 'Qi'.

Heaps of TCM here. Some have 20+ years of experience from China.
