I don't think the government is in any hurry to deal with Amos. Amos will really get it when he has to enlist for National Service. He looks like a wimp, the kind that people loves to kick sand in his face. He can also say goodbye to his long hair. He thinks he's some sort of lion king?

Dogs are taught to be obedient. They cant think. Many thinking Singaporeans don't join the pap. That's why pap is in such trouble now. Because they recruit dogs which don't think rather than human beings

Unfortunately for the 40% (mostly men) of Singaporeans, the REAL trouble is the 60% (mostly women and old men) of Sinkies who support the PAP with their votes NO MATTER WHAT.
To these 60% of Sinkies, the PAP looks GOOD whenever they threaten the 40%.
It's also unfortunate for the 40% that the PAP controls the SAF and the SPF, so as long as dissent remains NON-violent (or even violent, but ineffective), the PAP will just keep remaining in power until, possibly, the end of the world...

One casualty of this Amos saga is Neo Gim Huah. He is sitting in Changi prison now. He was cocksure that he was doing a heroic act when he slapped Amos. Now he realises how silly he was.
You try and make a guess who will be the next casualty.
It's only 3 weeks. When he gets out of prison, there could be loads of GLC and HDB aircons waiting for him to install.
