Ok serious a bit, you said you don't dream I think you do and dreamed so much that when you wake uo you forgot what those dreams are. Ok I have the same problem like you with sleep disorder each night sleeping only 4-5 hrs and when I lucky 6hrs. And I have to admit drinking makes things worst so whenever if I experience good sleep is like after 2-3 days without alcohol at all (but not having alcohol is like better kill me but this is another story). Anyway one way to check if have dream or not is when you wake up you feel very tired like you've not slept at all. Of course talking in sleep also due to dream la. Need to see doctor la pii.

bro , i dont drink , so i think its not because of drinking that cause me to have insomia . sometimes i feel very fresh when i wake up even its 3 or 4 hours sleep but sometimes very tired . i already been to the doctor but he gave me sleeping pills which i threw inside the bin the moment i reach home . i dont like chemical . i try to stay away from medicine even i have a fever . i always let it go away by itself ..by smoking weeds ...hehehehhe. no joke .

Good morning guys, on my way to Kee lung and then to Jiu fen today, last night a friend brought us to KTV box at Jinzhou street, a red light district, most of the gals have tattoos and have a bit too skinny for me, 4 of us + 4 girls and a bottle of Chivas, damage about TW$3600 each, $180. Lappy dance, Naked dancing, wah lau, not used to it, lol.

For the food, I find it's nice, so far, eaten ah dong Mee sua, rou yuan (not very nice, but will try again) oysters are good, Lu rou fan ok.

For mei mei, really no horse run, wins HK hands down, not much pictures, paiseh to take lah, fair and good complexion.
