I am ashamed of so many thieves in Singapore community

Ya apparently neighbourliness is an alien concept to Malaysians. My neighbourhood also got visitors of a neighbour stealing tyres from a car parked inside the gated guarded estate. Caught by the vigilant guard and police report made.

Seriously I have never met a single friendly and helpful neighbour in Malaysia that is friendly or helpful to me for no reason. But I have met many neighbours that are unfriendly and are proud thieves slanderers harassers criminal bullies.
