i m flabbergasted! my son had just asked me to take him to a particular malay barber in a particular salon in a particular hdb location. he wanted a "MOHAWK" hairstyle and promised he would revert to his present crew cut once the holidays is over.

mohawk fyi is red indian hair style - bald or short on both side with a strip of turf in the middle which really looks more like a horse!

Yes, i am a collector of swords actually. Also have the reverse copy, the miao dao which was supposed to be modelled after the Japs sword. I still have a couple of straight swords modelled from the Tang and earlier Han. A sword modelled after the Qi dynasty. The earlier Han Dynasty ones that were made of steel and had the ring pommel were very cool and reminds one of the wakizashi albeit the longer version. Have the Korean version as well.

It's good to know an enthusiast for cold steel weapons. Some of them used human remains like bones for sword making. These swords can cut other swords like a chisel on a metal sheet.
