that depends entirely on different brand.is not difficult to remove the wheel.but aligning back take some skill.if not the wheel will be brushing against the body

No need, just use cordless vaccum with big brush head will do, but must do it every 2 months. Also must use the high power mode.

I always go for the cheapest non-Chinese brand, even if they are made in China. Daikin and Mitsubishi too high-soc for me.

Yes, vacuum can only do so much. Those remnants still on blower & evaporator coil will smell if left unattended
