Despite the SPECULATIONS of great wealth amassed by Mdm Ho, by most, of even billions in salaries of our great Mdm Ho or ex PM Lee HL, would anyone accept that their salaries are merely $1/mth, based upon private but FORMAL contractual basis?
Many grew up along with ex PM Lee, whom although born from our great founder the late Mr Lee Kuan Yew, he had COURAGEOUSLY did his best even as a kid to learn, to progress & evolve, under the tutelage of his great father, exuberant, idealistic & ready to continue what his father had done to give us our todays.
Realities & pragmatism did changed him, but he still retained the hopes & dreams of his great father. It is open knowledge & PROVEN that despite his wealth, he made many, many generous donations to worthy charity organizations in Singapore, just like many other Ministers & MPs with their wealth..
They had reached the age, thru years of hardwork & savings, but now, whereby money matters little, but uplifting the country is far more important...
Such includes Mdm Ho, whom was chosen by our great Founder the late Mr Lee Kuan Yew, a wise man, to assist Singapore. Mdm Ho had worked HARD all her life as a born & bred Singaporean, with impressive credentials to show for it. She too, like many elderly others in service to Singapore, have no need for great wealth, except to uplift lives...
Perhaps, if the truth was revealed that her salary is only $1/mth so that much of Temasek's funds remains inside to uplift lives, with what must assumed her salary to be hundreds of millions, it will shock many.....
