Yes, but if democracy is about the will of the majority, and if 66.6% vote for authoritarianism, then authoritarianism is democratically elected. If the 33.7% want change, then should change domestically, beginning with trying to change the other 66.6%.

Democracy should be about free will and free exchange of opinions, not pressure, especially not external pressure.
