The same was said in 2011 and PAP lost Aljunied GRC, then it was repeated in 2020 and pap lost another GRC to Sengkang and showed historic poor result. Try repeating the same old same old in the next GE and see what outcome PAP will get.

With more cash given, more consumption and the inflation will be driven up even higher caused by the high property price.

To reduce the property price by implementing more harsh measures, the business cost will be reduced, which might help to reduce the inflation

Oppies should have bought a second private residential property years ago like my wife and I did. The window of opportunity gradually closed, with the ABSD now at 17% tax.
