The reality is that it was no victory at all because if it was a "victory" she would be able to claim legal costs from the other party. That would be the lowest benchmark to determine "victory" in any litigation, i.e., making the other party pay your legals costs (nevermind about any damages). M. Ravi has not waived his costs? That is a pertinent question to ask before anyone decides to donate 1 cent, let alone $1.

In the end did he have to pay their costs for an action he initiated and then backed out of? A pertinent question.
