今日（2月4日）上午，随着一声令下，中南大学湘雅二医院国家紧急医学救援队集结出发，42名医生、护士、后勤等人员随医院的国家医疗移动救护车队驱车北上。预计经过7个多小时路程， 这所全副武装的“移动医院”将抵达武汉，驰援第一线抗击疫情。
此次出发的救援车队包含手术车、医技车、药品器械车、能源保障车、生活保障车、门诊车、宿营车、检验车、通讯指挥车等10台车，车队加上由医护人员和医技后勤保障人员组成的专业化救援团队，相当于派出了一个医院！
据介绍，中南大学湘雅二医院国家紧急医学救援队自2012年获批组建以来，曾出征雅安抗震救灾、监利沉船救援、“卫勤使命-2013”军地联合海上救护演练、海疆召唤2016海上医疗救护拉动演练、“传承长征精神、义诊服务百姓”大型义诊等活动。救援队坚持“平战结合、用我必胜”的方针和躯体―心理一体化救援理念，先后受到党和国家领导人的亲切接见，屡屡赢得各方赞誉。

2月4日下午，国家（江苏）紧急医学救援队37名队员驰援武汉。他们当中，有重症医学、呼吸、感染、检验、放射等专业的医生，还有的参与过汶川地震等重大突发事件的救援。此外，多功能救援保障一体车、医技保障车和医疗物资运输车也一同发出。

此次出征的国家（江苏）紧急医学救援队队员共计37人，除了呼吸与重症医学专业人员外，还增派了来自药学、检验、放射、感控、后勤等各个部门的专业人员，队长陈旭锋是江苏省人民医院急诊医学中心副主任、主任医师，也曾被评为感动江苏十大人物，参加过汶川地震救援，是体外膜肺氧合救治方面的专家。
随行的3辆车上，设有移动DR、B超、血细胞分析仪、心电图机、监护仪、紫外消毒车、胶片打印机等设备。
“这次带去的医学装备和物资里有防护、消毒杀菌、检验、放射类的设备，保障我们即使在野外没有医疗物资支持的情况下也能进行救治。”陈旭锋说。

如何确保这支枕戈待旦的队伍召之即来，来之能战？陈旭锋说，团队队员们每年定期会进行演练、培训，不同省份的医疗队之间平时也会合作沟通，培养默契，以提高救援能力。
2008年汶川地震时，陈旭锋曾与江苏其他医务人员赴绵阳三院开展危重病人的诊治、筛查、手术治疗，也曾进入北川地震现场救治灾民。
出发前，某美发企业主动前来，为队员们理发。江苏省人民医生妇幼分院护士王梦兰，此前申请到该院发热门诊值班，前面的轮班刚刚结束，她就请战去驰援武汉。上午，她剪去留了10多年的长发，虽然有些不舍，但这样可以降低感染的概率，也节省洗头的时间，她还是忍痛割爱了。临行前，王梦兰的母亲打来电话，她安慰挂念的母亲，“我一定会平安回来的，你们放心。”

How can we ensure that this team is ready to fight when it is called? Chen Xufeng said that the team members regularly perform drills and training every year, and medical teams in different provinces usually cooperate and communicate to cultivate tacit understanding to improve rescue capabilities.
During the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake, Chen Xufeng and other medical staff in Jiangsu went to the Mianyang Third Hospital to carry out diagnosis, screening, and surgical treatment of critically ill patients. He also entered the Beichuan earthquake site to treat the victims.
Before setting off, a hairdressing company came to take the initiative to cut hair for the team members. Wang Menglan, a nurse at the Women's and Children's Hospital of the People's Doctor of Jiangsu Province, had previously applied to the hospital for a hot clinic shift. The previous shift had just ended. In the morning, she cut her long hair for more than 10 years. Although she was a little bit reluctant, this could reduce the probability of infection and save time for washing her hair.
