The colour that I am aiming for is Celeste but when I entered the RGB values it did not seem quite right on my CALIBRATED screen.

Each device renders colours differently depending upon settings. It is impossible to get everyone to see the same thing.

Perhaps you can consider turquoise, can also combine with yellow also to have more choices too like this

I think I have pretty much got what I want. It looks different on my iPad compared to my computer but I'm sure most people will agree it's hardly a controversial skin and should be acceptable to most.

Once I've sorted out a few other issues and become proficient with the the admin controls I'll add a few colour scheme options and members can then choose which skin they want to use as their default setting.
