what about malaysian who post monkey pointing middle finger?

Pointing middle finger is OK if pointed at people who did wrong to you first, Malaysian or not. Only evil doers pretend not to understand this simple logic and focus on the reaction instead of action.

Teochew Porridge case already charged the 3 fellas . but this case no sound and update . Sad.

Bully who shoved old man in viral Toa Payoh hawker centre case has an alleged history of being a twat

BBALiku.img

The Toa Payoh hawker centre bully case has been a gift that keeps on giving (more and more lurid specifics), and what Lianhe Wanbao recently found out is that the man caught shoving the elderly individual has a history of violence.

To recap once again, the whole country whipped out its digital pitchforks and went up in arms over a viral video that saw a couple acting like total asses against an elderly man at a hawker centre. The old man just wanted a seat to eat his meal, but the couple didn’t want him at their table and acted abusively towards the senior citizen. At one point, the younger man shoved the poor old dude from the back.

They’ve since been arrested for the incident after several police reports were made. After a false start, the identities of the antagonists were revealed: Bully Boy is a 46-year-old tuition centre director, and Wicked Woman is his 39-year-old wife who works as a tutor in the centre.

Lianhe Wanbao went to speak with the couple’s neighbors at a Balestier apartment block, and boy did they have things to say about the nasty man. But mind you, this is all alleged — everything is based on one individual’s word, and should totally not be taken as gospel truth about the suspect… who could actually be a very nice man. Maybe.

Case 1

A man who claimed to be a neighbor of the couple mentioned about the one time he (literally) bumped into the 46-year-old man more than a year ago. The neighbor was returning home from grocery shopping and exiting the lift when Bully Boy “appeared not to see (him) and deliberately knocked into (him)” while rushing into the lift.

Of course, the neighbor was angry and confronted Bully Boy — but the latter simply caught hold of the former’s wrist and dared him to throw a punch. Neighbor lodged a police report about the incident, but Bully Boy apparently lodged a police report as well, alleging that the former had hit him.

Case 2

Bully Boy had also been caught on CCTV before for being a total dick, so you know the Toa Payoh hawker centre stunt wasn’t his first rodeo on screen. A neighbor claimed that the man returned home late one night, but wasn’t able to enter because the security guard had stepped away for a bit. Frustrated, Bully Boy got out and forced the gate open with his leg.

Other acts of reported assholery involve the man revving the engine of his Porsche car loudly in the middle of the night. All this despite him being a chairman of the private estate’s managing body committee.

SINGAPORE - Two men and one woman have been arrested for wrecking a porridge eatery along Upper Serangoon Road on Saturday (May 27), the police said in a news release on Tuesday (May 30).

The trio, aged between 40 and 53, were arrested for their suspected involvement in a case of a rash act and mischief. The Straits Times understands that a fourth person, a man, is still at large.

Police said they received the report of a group of people throwing and damaging items at 1012 Upper Serangoon Road on Saturday (May 27).

Officers from Ang Mo Kio Police Division identified three of the four suspects on Monday (May 29) and Tuesday (May 30).

Three men and a woman had been caught on closed-circuit television cameras wrecking Heng Long Teochew Porridge in the wee hours of Saturday. The Straits Times understands that they were drunk.

They overturned a marble-topped table in the eatery, shattering its surface, and used wooden chairs to smash the serving area, sending glass shards flying.

They had got into a tussle with staff over their $28 bill for a meal, which they said was too much.

The stall on Monday (May 29) shared with Shin Min Daily News the detailed breakdown of the bill: A black pomfret at a discounted price of $7, duck for a discounted price of $7, pickles for $1, shrimp for $4, minced meat for $5, preserved vegetables for $2 and four bowls of porridge for a total of $2.

If convicted of a rash act, the suspects can be jailed for up to six months, fined up to $2,500, or both.

If convicted of mischief causing damages of $500 or more, they can be jailed for up to two years, fined, or both.

ST understands they are Singapore citizens.

He got pay immunity money to PAP.

Pang was brought to court on Wednesday in handcuffs. Police prosecutors sought to remand her for two weeks at the Institute of Mental Health (IMH), but defence lawyer K Ravendran objected.

He said Pang has a five-month-old baby and had not made care arrangements for the child.

The district judge granted Pang bail of S$5,000 to arrange for childcare before being remanded at IMH for psychiatric assessment.

Pang has a history of psychiatric treatment, the court heard, but has not been attending follow-up appointments or taking her medication.

Tan Sung Meng, 46, faces a charge of committing a rash act endangering the safety of others, while Pang Pei Pei, 40, faces a charge of committing mischief.

The two are accused of acting together with Ang Sim Poh, who has not yet been charged.

The next time you’re tempted to go all Hulk Smash on an eatery just ’cause you’re unhappy with the bill, think about this case and perhaps your inner green rage will subside. To recap, a Teochew porridge restaurant along Upper Serangoon Road was apparently wrecked by four reportedly drunk patrons on Saturday morning. Why? They were upset about the $28 total they had to fork out for porridge, pomfret and other side dishes.

The suspects were captured on CCTV overturning a table, and were reported to have damaged items at the restaurant, leading to the arrest of two men and a woman — between the ages of 40 and 53 — on Monday and Tuesday.

Two were charged in court today — 46-year-old Tan Sung Meng for committing a rash act endangering the safety of others, and 40-year-old Pang Pei Pei for committing mischief. Both were accused of wreaking havoc together with Ang Sim Poh, who has not been charged yet.

According to Channel NewsAsia, Pang has a history of psychiatric treatment, but hasn’t been taking her meds or going for follow-up appointments. Since she has a five-month-old baby, she was granted bail of $5,000 by the district judge to arrange for childcare before being remanded at the Institute of Mental Health for psychiatric assessment. She is due to appear in court on June 7.

As for Tan, he was also granted bail of $5,000, and will appear in court on June 21. If convicted for committing a rash act, Tan could be jailed for up to six months, fined up to $2,500, or both. If convicted for mischief causing damages of $500 or more, Pang could be jailed for up to two years, fined, or both.

A couple who received widespread criticism for bullying and shoving a 76-year-old man were charged in court today (Jun 15).

Chow Chuin Yee, 45, and his 38-year-old wife, Tay Puay Leng were caught on video quarrelling with the elderly Ng Ai Hua for trying to sit at their 'reserved' table at Toa Payoh Lorong 8 Market & Hawker Centre on Apr 21.

Chow even roughly shoved the uncle.

The video promptly went viral and netizens expressed their outrage and disgust at the couple who were subsequently arrested by the police on Apr 25.

Chow is accused of using criminal force by using his body to forcefully barge against Ng, reports The Straits Times.

He is also alleged to have behaved in a disorderly manner by pushing bowls and plates off the table onto the ground.

His wife, Tay was charged with using abusive words on Ng with the intent to cause alarm.

The couple will be back in court on July 12

Re: Toa Payoh high class eat cheap couple kenna charged liao!

Want to bet what's the kangaroo court's verdict?

didn't know that using abusive words is a chargeable offense. knn.

Hey abusive words can cause extreme alarm leading to all sorts of disorders including heart attack and death. Other forms of abusive words like "f**k you", if used by whore jinx against any male can be construed as rape or a fate worse than death.
