They can just assign a personal code to each student. Back then in Uni our results were pasted publicly on the notice board. Now they can just do it online.

The "authorities" want to maintain their power. If they allow people free access to information then pretty soon there wouldn't need for these gate keepers.

Edusave account not used, NORMALLY, the money will be transferred to the kids CPF Accounts, when they reach 21 years of age, some years back, they amend it to 31 years of age; but they will make sure , the kids spend all the money in the account or more to pay for the feeder system.

You don't have to teach these nincompoo to collect more money, they don't sneaky collect or collect more or don't collect, I WORRY!
