In other developed countries, citizens take the PME jobs while foreigners drive taxis and Uber which are jobs that locals shun. The reverse is true in S'pore.
I have seen photos of graffiti: "Jobs for foreigners. NS for locals". This very much sums it up about the current situation. S'poreans have to make our feelings loud and clear to our leaders during the coming GE. We get the Govt we vote for.
Dr. Tan See Leng would definitely disagree your statement. He strongly believes thar by bringing more CECA Indians talents will help create more and better jobs for locals
By "locals", is Tan See Leng referring to Indians entering S'pore via CECA receiving their citizenship later, thereby opening up more vacancies for new PMEs from India coming here to displace more S'poreans for white collar jobs?
