Its not the Union to be pointed at, if its members aren't motivated, the Union remains idle. Maybe the Union members/commitee should seek the advise of the Student's parents/mentors, or ah kong. The students can't speak for themselves. They are considered kids.Some ccan't even buy beer legally.
