K Shanmugam Sc Now is 12.10 am (14 August 24) and a few minutes after I turned on the kitchen lights there is someone whistling. Given it is midnight and the perfect timing of whistling after I stepped into kitchen, it’s obviously something not normal and targeting me that everywhere I go or stay at home also got whistling harassment.

Prime suspect Hongkie Cantonese or China woman or whoever in the units nearby my kitchen occupied by all foreigners. These foreigners bring their bullying culture to Singapore while making their good living here.
