Given it is midnight and the perfect timing of whistling after I stepped into kitchen, it’s obviously something not normal and targeting me that everywhere I go or stay at home also got whistling harassment.

Prime suspect Hongkie Cantonese or China woman or whoever in the units nearby my kitchen occupied by all foreigners. These foreigners bring their bullying culture to Singapore while making their good living here.
