Where to find good people, all the good ones are already netted or bonded by PAP. Some moved, many are reluctant. So what's left?

There are many good, able, and capable individuals as demonstrated by, amongst others: Dennis Tan, Pritam Singh, Sylvia Lim, Faisal, Gerald Giam, He Ting Ru, Chua Kheng Wee, Jamus Lim, as well as many others who will probably stand in the forthcoming General Elections.
Hopefully, more individuals will come forward.

I am pretty optimistic about PSP chances after Iswaran corruption case but seems like it a gone case.
TCB has veered too much to the left and get detached from the middle ground. The final straw was the endorsement of TKL. TCB political credibility is somewhat tainted with his choice.
