I have no animosity against him. I for one am not one of those who calls him prataman, regardless of whatever's in his CV about his stint with the Japanese army (ditto LKY). SRN decided to take on the presidency job and so be it. I don't know him personally but I do know something about the presidency job in a system such as ours. Everything the President say or do in public must be according to what's advised by the PM and Cabinet.

True, SRN is a harmless guy..but his Office is much despised.

Dont be surprised that after 10yrs, the pap may allow more casinos in SG

I think singaporeans must register our concerns abt the ill effects of casinos on SG otherwise the pap will take the easy way out and continue to make gambling easier and easier.

gambling is sure and easy money for the govt at the expense of SG's well being.
