Yeah, u have a point. It says she got her pink IC in 2007. That is 8 years ago. She looks to be in her early 20s meaning she was a teenager when she got her pink IC. In other words, her parents applied for her. Exactly what kind of talent does a Kachin from Myanmar have that the PAP find so important that they must give a Citizenship too?
