I keep telling my sinkie friends that when you import in 3rd world country healthcare workers from Peenoiseland, China, Vietnam, India, Myanmar, Thailand, Mongolia, etc. you cannot expect to receive first world quality. So many of my friends in healthcare tell their co-workers from foreign countries can barely speak one sentence of english, how they read medication and dispense it correctly is beyond their belief.
