Tengah is slowly being moved over to Paya Lebar because the SAF don't feel comfortable with Condos and skyscrapers towering over their sensitive installations. Many years ago, Tengah was choosen as the live firing area cum F16 runway take offs simply because its ulu and away from the city centre of JB and Singapore.

8月18日，碧桂园在香港发布2016中期业绩。上半年，碧桂园合同销售金额人民币（下同）约1251亿元，销售楼款现金回款1051亿元，一举拿下半年“双千亿”，其130%的合同销售额增速在中国十强房企中排名第一。从3月6日开放以来，不到半年时间，森林城市推出货量127亿元，销售已经超过100亿元，去化率接近八成。已经销售部分的净利润超过20%。

资本市场对碧桂园的业绩报以微笑。8月26日，碧桂园股价报收3.68元港币，比8月17日大涨8.2%，是大盘涨幅的16.4倍，恒生指数同期仅上涨0.5%。对于碧桂园的发展，摩根大通、麦格理、法国巴黎银行、野村、星展唯高达等16家知名机构给予“买入”类评级，摩根大通给出4.6元港币的目标价。摩根大通重申，碧桂园的评级为增持，将碧桂园的目标价提升28%至4.6元港币。

早在2006年，马来西亚就推出了“依斯干达计划”，投巨资在柔佛州的新马交界之地，建造一个面积达2217平方公里的新马经济特区，相当于3个新加坡。这里要在教育、医疗、养老、金融和制造业等领域承接新加坡部分产业链条的外溢与转移。
依斯干达教育城，就是特区经济当中的重要组成部分，也是马来西亚重要的发展教育项目之一。它的胃口非常大，要吸收6亿东盟人口，成为380万亚洲人的国际战略教育枢纽。马来西亚希望到2025年接收能25万名留学生，比现在翻一番，当中一个重要渠道就是引进国际知名大学的海外分校，并借此扩大招生。

位于森林城市周边15—35公里的范围内，聚集了十余所世界知名大学，包括英国雷丁大学、纽卡斯尔大学、南安普顿大学、新加坡国立大学、新加坡南洋理工大学。
而森林城市已签约历史悠久、久负盛名的私立寄宿学校——美国嘉德圣玛丽学校（Shattuck-St. Mary's School），打造从幼儿园到高中的国际教育，学校计划于2018年8月开学。
根据嘉德圣玛丽学校主席Nicholas Stoneman介绍，森林城市学校将推行小班授课，注重个体发展。尤其是打造适合不同年龄段的学习空间，各年级设有创作中心、表演艺术中心等。其毕业生去向包括哈佛大学、普林斯顿大学、耶鲁大学、华盛顿大学、伊利诺大学厄巴纳―香槟分校等美国知名学府。

未来森林城市还将陆续引入英国等国家的国际学校，携手特区政府，引入国际科研中心、职业技术培训学院等。

新马沿袭英联邦国家的教育体系，多语种教学，任何级别学历均获欧、美、澳洲公认，教育优势突出，是欧美国家留学的理想跳板。如果加入马来西亚第二家园计划，孩子在马来西亚就读两年，获得高中毕业证书，就可以“华侨生”身份参加华侨生联考，是升读国内名校的理想途径。

have not heard of hospital at FC but FC promoted Iskandar medical hub. May be it is good to have one with also full TCM practice.

The numbers quoted in the Weixian are so unbelievable. Reminded me in shenzhen recently a development declared fully sold out 1000 units in 4 hours, actually only sold 40% . Hopefully it doesn't become the biggest flop of the century.

Of course everything is possible. The figures are for half yearly results. CG is a public listed co in HK and its performance is subject to scrutiny of analysts like JP Morgan and the likes.

Orchard Road is becoming more and more like a Maid City on Sundays. While driving out of my Blangla-infested factory in Toh Guan last Sunday to Orchard Road, I see the same crowds in both places.


Lets hope the Singapore government do something to improve the sales and image there!

Wow Orchard Road and JPO got sniff competition for sure.

Orchard Road is becoming more and more like a Maid City on Sundays. While driving out of my Blangla-infested factory in Toh Guan last Sunday to Orchard Road, I see the same crowds in both places.


Lets hope the Singapore government do something to improve the sales and image there!

Very true. I am staying at Mandarin Orchard this Sunday and all I will see is thousands maids sitting on the streets opposite. What is happening to this lovely 5 star road? No incentive to walk around liao.
