I think Bill Gates is right … he employed his staff with IQ Tests. That is why most of us are still using Windows.

University degree in various countries are difficult to gauge. There is no reference. Harvard v IIT. Ask an American he will say it is Harvard, ask an Indian he will say it is IIT.

So the best solution if IQ Test to interview and select potential candidates.
