Is this true? I heard those caught by AV are given 'white cards' to 'work' and pay for their own deportation?

So many now advertising so blatantly with Hotel name and room numbers. Why else are they so BOLD?

Yesterday I saw it was in a certain Hotel 81 located in the city, near peace center. Today they changed it to Hotel Tokio....a code name as there is no such hotel in Singapore

You arerst someone for committing a specific crime. In order to do your job, you force this person to continue committing the crime. Where is the logic in all of this? Where is jurisprudence in all of this.
