I think they will give one to LKY when his turn comes. I doubt Old Toh Chin Chye or Prataman will qualify for State Funeral either, given their publicised stance.

When the old fart ups the lorry, there will be a new order with new rules. I doubt that LHL will be in the new order

My preference is City Hall ..... not the MRT Station... THE City Hall opposite Padang .... then long queues can form, snaking to the Padang ... somebody can then sponsor Nasia Padang & really create this great carnival atmosphere ...
