It is comprehensible of the reticence of both Jordan & Egypt. They are ill equipped to PROVIDE for the hundred thousands of inhabitants in the stateless & currently lawless Palestine landmass...However, PrezTrump had promised financial aid & opportunities for both nations if they do so, even as USA had shutdown USAID agency.

Both Egypt & Jordan will NOT be left empty handed IF they agree to PrezTrump's Plan.

Once USA takes over the mere few sq miles of Palestine landmass as a Federal State Protectorate of USA, there WILL be much reconstruction work to be done as well as proper civil engineered infrastructure to turn that landmass into a booming economy - roads, public utilities, parks, schools, work & recreational centres, etc, etc., & will come at much costs, born by those whom cares about that troublesome landmass that had create much hurt & harm to Humankind...

At least donors will know that such funds are truly for the progress of that State, & will no longer lined the pockets of corrupted terrorists & murderers like Sinwar & his kind.


3. Administrators & security services of Federal State Palestine will initially be Americans. And as you claimed, it will probably be filled by other Americans. I don't think you seem to understand the crux of the problem.
The Zionist believe God had promised them land between the Euphrates to the Nile.
And the first phase the plan is the creation of Jewish Israel state. They have no regards for a Palestinian or US territory within the state. They want it all.
