if that is so easy then there will be no poor countries in the world,we can simply send dutch and german economists to africa and asia and middle east countries and end poverty and hunger......gimme a break,u can never change the quality of the people in the country and their genes.....singapore may be better than most of these brown monkey countries but when u compare us to ayran and countries like germany or even japan.....we pale in comparison.

Let's face the hard truth. The problems we are facing is a lack of leadership at the top. LKY might be an excellent politician but you still need good people to run the nitty gritty part of Spore. He & his son has created an unhealthy environment in Spore.
