1) Dr. from Myanmar, with alleged University of Medicine in Yangon degree shows up in Singapore in 2008 and apparently has no problems with getting on the registry of approved doctors in Singapore, even though the SMC, who licenses doctors here do not approve any Myanmar medical degree from any Myanmar unis at all. Failure number one, SMC somehow approves this one. And yet, no explanation is available from SMC.

This one is for CPIB to determine whether corruption is involved. Money can even buy a ghost to haunt anyone. Pappies should dig further to find the truth.

Dr. apparently has a work permit from MOM to work in Singapore. Failure number 3 on MOM for failing to vet this doctor.

MOM is well known among foreign workers in sinkie land as the super dumb ass among pappies outfits. They can be easily hoodwinked. Even unskilled workers can get EP if they know how to do it and end up with SPR permit and then finally foreign imported shits. LKY wanted foreign talents but pappies would end up having a pool of unskilled workers disguised as foreign talents.

SGH was relying on the fact that SMC has given her a practicing license and that NCC had employed her for 5 years. They should have known that no Myanmar Drs should be practicing in Singapore at all as they are not from unis that are approved by SMC, and they should have checked her references at NCC.

This point is for WP to raise in Parliament and ask the Minister for an explanation unless WP as usual likes to use Parliament as their siesta during the session.

...She produced 2 pieces of documentation saying she was licensed in Myanmar and when they contacted the Myanmar medical council, they were told she does not exist on their books. Fair enough, did she produce official transcripts of her course at the university? Probably not, hence her probably poor work performance, coupled with her inability to verify her credentials prompted SGH to lodge a police complaint. The police and AG chambers were probably told to jump all over this and find a guilty plea on her as soon as possible to show to the public that they are doing something about fake qualifications from FTs. Failure number 5, they thought wrong.

These dumb asses in AG and SPF should have the burmese arrested immediately on suspicion of fraud. Why waited until 2016 to bring the charge against the bitch?

7) Prosecutors brought in their star witness from Myanmar Medical Council to confirm that fake dr was not registered in Myanmar. The apuneh woman judge tells him to bring in certified true copies of evidence that she is not approved by MMC. Instead, this moron brings in photocopies of screen shots and there were whiteouts on the paper, meaning they were not even original copies. And the prosecutor got the balls to put this kind of witness on the stand? Failure here on on the AG Chambers for assigning this fucktard to prosecute this case. The AG thought it was open and shut case, send in this lazy ass prosecutor and here is the end result, here the failure in on the AG. The AG should have hanged SMC out to dry on this one. Call SMC to court and ask them to show what document they have on this dr proving she is genuinely qualified. SMC cannot produce anything.

There is no obligation on prosecution to prove her certificate is a fake. It is up to the burmese bitch to prove her certificate is genuine, not the other way round. The ah neh judge could not understand this basic rule. How she became a judge?

The fact she was practicing medicine in Yangon means nothing, as its the wild wild west there. Heck, Sam could probably open a clinic and buy himself a fake degree and start practicing there. Apparently the stupid judge was so dumb she could not see this as being a very likely scenario..

When the prosecution brings the charge, the onus is on them to prove it. Just like if they try someone for murder, they have to prove they did it. But in this case, SGH has already be informed by the MMC that they have no such dr on record. that is why they terminated her. I would imagine a simple request for the MMC to provide something in writing saying that there is no such registered doctor would suffice. Instead, the prosecution's own witness was used against them.

But this is kangarooland. If a judge can say that being inside a polling station in violation of cooling off period is not loitering, then anything is possible. This idiot apuneh judge can simply find the burmese bitch guilty and end of story, regardless of the evidence produced.
