Can you go their website & download the archives for the last 7 years of their balance sheet? (publisized one)?
With that, you can compare? or from the Ministry of Finance Annual report for the last 7 years of funds transfered to whover for investments? or excess funds required to be transfered from Post Office Savings Bank, under a Savings Bank Licence to M.O.F., for the last 15 or 20 years ago?

Life is not that simple. There are many things that need to be factored to make a level playing field.
Unlike MSCI Indices that was proudly displayed in parliament, component stocks don't have certain things like Temasek has. Let me give you 2 examples.
1) Periodic cash injections
2) Sale of assets once handed over to Temasek such as PUB etc
3) Free gifts like POSB to DBS.
If accounts were published similar to listed companies, asset stripping, extraordinary items, capital injection are all there to see.

I am worth $x seven years ago, but today I am worth $x+10,000,000. But, this means nothing unless I specify how I got the 10 million. If I got it from my rich grandfather who left me his inheritance after he passed on, it says absoultely nothing about my capability to save or earn money.
