Now Chinese is very difficult. now P1 chinese is like my P4 chinese

MOE also giving less exemptions from second language to support the billion-dollar local tuition industry.

Even if your kid is dyslexia, they will not excuse second language. Even if you spend 80% of the time studying chinese, you will neglect all other subjects. You may, only may, get exemption if you make your kids depressed and take anti-depressants. This tarnishes their future.

Our country still insists every subject is important, so affected parents are sending their kids to International Schools in Johor

PSLE is a very useful tool used by the government to penalise middle income kids, condemn them at the young age, demoralise them.

So that they become less intelligent and always rely on pap

if you stay in BTO, you may be paying more for kids' tuition than HDB loan repayment.

That's why MOE refuses to take stress off kids and make second-language optional to support a billion dollar industry. It is all about money.

Only Chinese, my neighbour said Malay is very easy and many Malays score very well in Malay.
In neighbourhood Primary Schools, more than 50% of those taking higher Chinese are those with one or both parents from China or Malaysia. For 10-20%, maybe their parents are chinese teachers. hahahaha

Then we also don't have enough chinese teachers in secondary school due to subject-based banding.
Eg. You need a Chinese class for NT or G1
You need another class for NA or G2
Then you need 3 types of classes for G3 CL2 student - strong, normal, weak
Then you need another CL1 class.

Hahhaa, then we need to hire a lot of china teachers for MOE and private enrichment classes.

If Chinese is important, opens to you China market, Spanish is even more important

Imagine second-language was optional since 20-30 years ago, we would like a few Nobel prize winners by now.
