They are only interested in cost cutting when there is a financial situation! Cost cutting also when sales drop! And if any shit happens, they are not even a bit interested in solving the issue, their main agenda is to get the person responsible and make sure that the top management knows that it is not their fault! When they can't come out with any new idea to increase the next years' sales figure, they again introduce cost cutting measure!

Very soon, Ho Ching is going to spend billions of money to get even more foreign talents and expensive but shakely companies to manage the SMRT.
