Tell you all some thing... if you owe loan sharks till you cannot pay you can "Toh Seow" (Like declare Bankruptcy) means stop everything & pay by instalments slowly no more interest charge. But you cannot be caught going to Nightclubs, Turf clubs, Karaoke, Casinos etc, they would not let u off easily then.

But to "Toh Seow" you need some gangsters to talk to them preferably "reputable" type. If you don't have anyone, small money can buy some, just need to ask around, sometimes there
are helpful people too. It's all about face more then money.. LOL :P
