I agree with you. Many so called 'empty' house are actually not empty. They are weekend houses.

For some, it is not weekend but year end home.

Knows of one unit whose unit was ready before Christmas 2 years back and flew in from South America for holiday stay and probably now is empty waiting for another visit.

Mine is also phase 8. Same, still have some remaining installments. Have not receive any letter from UEM. I happened to pass by and notice that railings were being dismantled. Quite a lots of re-work (probably due to defects) for a number of units in Phase 7. I am surprised that you are asked to sign Tenaga form.

Spoke too soon, just got the letter a few days ago. Wonder why the hurry when there is still a few installments?

Where has investor been?
UEM met all their obligations after slight delay in phase 2... need to give them some credit after all my thrashing against them recently

By the way, I saw that around 6 families have already moved into their new homes in Phase 2.

By the way, I saw that around 6 families have already moved into their new homes in Phase 2.

I saw bungalow adding more built-up living space. Wow, turning into mini holiday resort.

One corner semi building own swimming pool on extra land.

Phase 8 seems to be on track to hand over around Sept.

Phase 7 looks like major rectification work been going on. Maybe delayed till year end.

Phase 2 surrounding is very nice. Phase 1 neighbourhood lively with children coming together with outdoor activities utilizing the big open space.

Congratulations to all phase 2 owners going to move in or using for weekend getaway.

Have signed the tenaga and saj forms last week.

If not signed, then later got to do the transfer of account holder name from uem to your name yourself at tenaga and saj building.

Progress Report on Phase 8: The roads are all paved... looks set to handover soon... still I find it hard to believe Phase 8 would come sooner than Phase 7... impossible

There are specialised shops that all allow owners to pay their utilities and phone bills. One is located along Nusa Bestari beside the ICBC bank (nearer to Nusa Duta side).
