Stomper Danny saw this woman allowing her child to pee in full view of the busy traffic near Bukit Panjang Plaza on Saturday (Aug 23).

The Stomper said it was not done in a secluded area, and people were walking past this area from the bus stop.

In an email to Stomp, the Stomper wrote:

"I was crossing the bridge at Bukit Panjang near Bukit Panjang Plaza on Saturday (Aug 23) when I saw a child urinating in public with her mum beside her.

"This was done in full view of the busy traffic, and there were even people walking past this area from the bus stop."
