don't even need to talk about cruelty to animals, just look at what happen in riwanda in 93 and indonesia in 97.

In the case of this man and the dog, there is no mob mentality to make him go berserk or crazy. It appears just a normal day and he ignored alerts from passing vehicles.

can't speculate on what trigger his behaviour. i just saying we are all capable of inflicting senseless cruelty be it to another man or beast.
