Actually there was a good american boss that took a hands off approach, guiding the local stuff instead of just dictating. Word got back to HQ in the US that he was good & he was lured back to the US:( That opened the way for the Aussie's takeover:( For years I was working with these Aussies & I know their standard, nothing great. They don't have to work long hours but can "talk" a good show. In fact they are usually the first ones to knock off for the day.
