Do you like Crave Nasi Lemak? I find it average. Your opinion?

for whatever reason I just don't agree with using basmati rice for nasi lemak or any other dishes that require rice...the taste snd texture is just not right..thai jasmine rice still the best followed by jap short grain, vietnam is not fragrant but for whatever reason less affected by humidity esp leaving it overnight for fried rice
Have to disagree with you on this one.

Actually think the use of bismanti rice gives Selera the stand out distinction.

To me bismanti rice is the best for most dishes requiring rice because of the individual single grain, flavour and aroma.

Only stuff like sushi would not take to bismanti rice.

Yes. Sambal very important. Dont add to much varieties...like hotdog, chicken. Sudah jadi nasi campur. :frown:

Nowadays, hawkers tambal this,
tambal that.
cabbage, fish cake, fish fillet, fried long beans, KanaSai.

Mcdonald nasi lemak.

Wtf right?
