concluded the above opinions, is it right to say to ask each NSman and reservist to buy clothes dryer so they are only allowed to dry their uniforms in the dryer?

As if there is any RESPECT for NSman given by the govenment in the first place.
While you do Reservist, jobs go to FTs.
While you got called back for mob manning, others are partying.
While you go for RT, others are at home enjoyin their time with their families.
FTs and PRs can have the cake and eat it.
Time for gov to treat NSman better, not just some token sum of 100 dollars extra in Bonus.
