this Dennis Chew looks like a Clown.
.
Dennis Chew Chong Kheng (born 15 August 1973), also known as Zhou Chongqing, is a Singaporean radio deejay, actor, variety show host and singer. Chew is known for playing Aunty Lucy, a character which requires him to cross-dress as a middle-aged woman .

He is just an actor hired to do the advertisement. Don't start blaming him as an excuse to absolve the retarded bureaucrats of any blame.

Personally I don't find the ad offensive, just very low-class and 'act cute'. The Tiongs call it 低俗.

Gurmit Singh rui en michelle Chong all act as clowns and the majority 70% approve hence big fat pockers for all of them..all they need to do is sarpok the ruling party and wham bam multi millionaires within 10 years of working

... while Singapore must guard against foreign interference and not risk being manipulated

Slowly but surely, the PAP govt is revealing its Chicom nature.

Expect copious amounts of fearmongering against 'foreign interference' that 'divide the country' in the upcoming PAP manifesto.

NETS and the creative agencies couldn't have done anything without the green light given by the people above them.

SAF culture on display here in its full glory: blame the frontline grunts, don't blame the commanders. Damage control, save face.

I prefer Dennis Chew as a Chinese compere to the rest of the Mediacorp China and Taiwan imports. Dennis, like Marcus Chin, are born and bred Singaporeans who speak good Mandarin. Now that I know Dennis Chew studied at Tuan Mong High School and was a Chinese teacher at Primary School, he is more than enough qualified to take on those China and Taiwan imports.

And please, don't let Mark Lee be a compere for all Chinese programs. He is uneducated but puts on a doctor's robe every week to advise viewers on health issues. WTF is Mediacorp up to ?

Mumbrella had been given to understand that Madon’s departure was unrelated to the recent controversy surrounding a campaign for E-Pay – created by Havas – and actually took place before the furore around the creative work. Madon apparently had no direct oversight on the campaign and had resigned last week, prior to the campaign being called out for using allegedly racist imagery, it was said. This was, however, denied by sources at Havas who said that Madon had resigned this week and that as the chief creative officer she did indeed have oversight over the campaign – even if she was not directly involved with its creation.

I don't find the advert offensive. Cheap and crass, yes, but offensive??? Why brown people so sensitive?

It's because of all people they themselves see "dark skin" as offensive. And when a fair skin paints himself dark to mimic the dark skin, it gives the impression that the fair skin is mocking the dark skin.
