the pap record speaks for itself. it does not require cash incentives for opportunists to grudgingly post essays and factual rebuttals which will mostly reflect the positive things that the pap has accomplished for sg. granted there are a few rotten cases and policies (there is no perfection), but the majority of policies enacted and the way they are implemented serve sg well.

I don't see anything wrong with that. They may be anti PAP but they're also staunch supporters of democracy which means defending the rights of free speech and ensuring healthy debate on all issues of national concern.

They'd be only too happy to facilitate the process with their contributions.

huh? u have kids but no flat? u ard what age? the flats were at it cheapest ard 2001-2003 due to pap oversupply and the flat price on a downward spiral since the 97 crash. even a BTO 4rm at 2005 was only $160k in sengkang (now worth half a mil), well within the budget of a couple with combined income of $5k. no need to blame the govt on everything, sometime it just foresight and luck. make use of every govt policies, even screw up policies, to gain an advantage and earn a buck out of it.

for me, i dont like pap not because of they imcompetent, it just i dont like them, period.
