The video clearly shows that it is a dual lane road and the lorry can easily overtake the cyclist just as he would any other slow moving vehicle.

Cyclists have every right to use the roads and overtaking a cyclist is actually unnecessary as the cyclist will almost ALWAYS catch up and overtake the same vehicle at the next traffic junction.

Just drive behind the cyclist and be patient and all will be well.
